Who can apply?
Requirements to qualify for the Sweo Guarantee include:
Be a new Sweo customer.
Request a refund within 90 days of your subscription start date.
Use Sweo on a minimum of 250 paid conversations within 90 days of your subscription start date (trial conversations do not count).
Note: Customers on Early Stage, Startup Partner Program and other promotional plans are not eligible.
