SWEO's AI features use machine learning models to generate responses. Customer acknowledges that AI-generated content may not always be accurate and should be reviewed. SWEO does not guarantee specific resolution rates or accuracy levels for AI features.

The Fin AI Agent is subject to usage limits based on the Customer's subscription plan. Conversations processed by Fin are counted based on unique customer interactions within a 24-hour period.
