SWEO warrants that the Services will perform materially in accordance with the applicable documentation during the Subscription Term. This warranty does not apply to: (a) features identified as beta or preview; (b) issues caused by Customer's misuse; (c) third-party integrations.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY ABOVE, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." SWEO DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
