Uptime Commitment

SWEO targets 99.9% monthly uptime for production services. Uptime is calculated as total minutes in the month minus downtime minutes, divided by total minutes in the month.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from uptime calculations: (a) scheduled maintenance; (b) force majeure events; (c) issues caused by Customer's systems; (d) third-party platform outages.
