SWEO provides an AI-powered customer support platform that includes automated conversation handling, knowledge base management, multi-channel deployment, analytics, and workflow automation.
Service Availability
SWEO strives to provide 99.9% uptime for all production services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.
Service Modifications
SWEO reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice. Material changes that negatively impact Customer's use will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
