Security Measures
SWEO implements industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, intrusion detection systems, and access controls based on the principle of least privilege.
Incident Response
In the event of a security breach affecting Customer Data, SWEO will notify the affected Customer within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. SWEO maintains a documented incident response plan and will cooperate with Customer in investigating and remediating any security incidents.
