SWEO Indemnification
SWEO will defend Customer against third-party claims alleging that the Services infringe a valid patent, copyright, or trademark, and will indemnify Customer against any resulting damages awarded.
Customer Indemnification
Customer will defend SWEO against third-party claims arising from: (a) Customer Data; (b) Customer's violation of applicable law; or (c) Customer's use of the Services in violation of this Agreement.
