SWEO Intellectual Property
SWEO retains all intellectual property rights in the Services, including all software, algorithms, models, documentation, and other materials. The Agreement does not grant Customer any rights to SWEO's intellectual property except the limited license to use the Services.
Feedback
If Customer provides feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, SWEO may use such feedback without restriction or obligation to Customer. Customer hereby assigns all rights in such feedback to SWEO.
