This section defines the key terms used throughout the SWEO Terms of Service and related legal documents. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting the agreements correctly.

"Agreement" means these Terms of Service, including all schedules, exhibits, and addenda attached hereto or incorporated by reference.

"Customer" means the entity or individual that has entered into this Agreement with SWEO.

"Customer Data" means all data submitted, stored, or processed through the SWEO Services by or on behalf of the Customer.

"Services" means the SWEO AI platform and related services made available by SWEO, including any updates and enhancements.

"Subscription Term" means the period during which the Customer is authorized to use the Services.

"User" means any individual authorized by the Customer to use the Services.

"Confidential Information" means all non-public information disclosed by either party to the other that is designated as confidential or should reasonably be considered confidential.
