Terms & Policies

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

Neither party may assign this Agreement without the other party's prior written consent, except in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets.

This Agreement, together with all referenced documents, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements regarding the subject matter hereof.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
