Terms & Policies

The initial Subscription Term begins on the effective date of the Agreement and continues for the period specified in the applicable order. Unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term, the Subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same length.

Customer shall pay all fees specified in the applicable order form. Fees are based on the plan selected and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Agreement. SWEO may increase fees upon renewal with at least 30 days' prior written notice.

All fees are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes.
