Customer Data and Customer Obligations

Data Ownership
Customer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Customer Data. SWEO does not claim ownership of any Customer Data.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for: (a) the accuracy and quality of Customer Data; (b) ensuring Customer Data does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights; (c) maintaining appropriate security measures for account credentials; (d) compliance with all applicable data protection regulations.
Prohibited Use
Customer shall not use the Services to: (a) transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; (b) engage in activities that violate any applicable law; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Services.
