AI and Data Usage
SWEO's AI features process conversation data to generate responses. Customer Data is not used to train SWEO's general AI models unless the Customer explicitly opts in. Each tenant's data is isolated and processed separately.
Data Retention
Conversation data is retained for the duration of the Subscription Term plus 30 days. Customers may request earlier deletion. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 90 days.
