Professional Services Terms

Scope of Services
Professional Services include implementation assistance, custom integration development, training, and strategic consulting. All Professional Services are described in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
Fees
Professional Services fees are billed at the rates specified in the applicable SOW. Travel expenses, if required, are billed separately at actual cost.
